Unit Development In Newstead
Metalwork for two units in Eldonhurst Drive, Newstead.
CPT was involved in the development of two town houses in Newstead.
The units are located in the popular subdivision of Newstead Eldonhurst
right on top of the hill looking out over the rest of the subdivision,
Creek and onto Punchbowl reserve. The architectural-steel-designed Town
houses are large, stand alone and situated on two levels.
Challenges/Innovation
Installation
CPT was involved in the design of the steel work, installation and a few ongoing jobs including the front fence and letter boxes, stair cases (design and manufacture), artistic truss and large wall-hung sliding doors.

End Result
CPT worked closely with the builder (Justin Vogelaar) and owner of this project to reach the end result that everyone is extremely happy with.
