Site scanning capability introduced

Addition of a 3D site scanner to enhance our speed and accuracy for all site design, construction and installation works. Scanning of a site is fast and with accuracy of +/- 2mm @ 80m. This capability allows us gather all the information needed from a site to design build and install any number of projects with confidence. Being able to use the scan to design the project directly into the designated space saves time and increases quality. A great benefit for our customers to visualize the solution and final design in position and review thoroughly before final sign off.

Installation of 3d Laser Cutter

With the Install of our new laser cutter now complete, CPT can offer the accurate and fast processing of any shape material up to 12 meters long that will fit within a 406mm diameter area. The 4kw Laser can load and unload up-to 12 meters and process Beams and columns, Angle, SHS and RHS, Tube and Pipe, Channel or odd profiles.
